The Sax Rotterdam
The Sax is a new multifunctional development which consists of two towers: the lower Philadelphia and the higher Havana. The towers will accommodate residential units as well as private parking. The connecting bridge at 70 meters height consists of a hotel with public facilities including a restaurant, fitness and optional wellness. The ground floor will be reserved for commercial facilities. Extensive public parking facilities will be available in an underground parking garage.
Close to the Rhine and Maas river delta, Rotterdam is the second largest city in the Netherlands. The city is home to Europe’s largest port and key entrance to the European mainland. With its modern architecture and vibrant atmosphere, Rotterdam is a vital hub in Europe.
The plot of Philadelhia & Havana is one of the last available plots on the Wilhelminapier. There are two other plots left: Baltimore & Chicago. But first things first: The Sax.
The energy of Wilhelminapier
Wilhelminapier is the most dynamic part of Rotterdam’s city centre, overflowing with architectural highlights, culture, restaurants, hotels and wonderful places to live and work. It offers a multitude of activities: several theatres (including the well-known ‘Nieuwe Luxor’), The Dutch Photo Museum, a wide range of restaurants, Hotel New York and the Cruise Terminal. The Rijnhaven bridge will take you to New Katendrecht in an instant for a visit to the redesigned Deliplein and the Fenixloodsen.
